GENERAL TERMS: Discounts mentioned above are based on standard service and parts rates. Emergency service as defined per agreement. Basic service to be performed during normal business hours, M-F. Does not cover equipment destroyed or damaged due to misuse, vandalism, lightning, wind or other Acts or God. Systems that have not been installed by SmartWatch require an initial evaluation to determine the age & general condition of components & wiring. This may involve an upfront fee.
